Domain & Hosting Plans

One standard .com domain is ৳1,850 per year for new registration or normal renewal; two years costs ৳3,700. Premium, auction, brokered, redemption, and specially priced domains are excluded. Registration is subject to availability. After full payment, the domain is the client’s property; NasirCodes may retain access only for technical management.

Each shared cloud server is limited to two client projects. CPU, RAM, storage, and network resources are shared. Each package covers one client project. Advertised storage leaves space for the operating system, databases, logs, temporary files, and backup operations. An upgrade may be required if one project affects another.

The selected VPS resources are reserved for one client and one primary project. No unrelated client project is hosted there. The server is leased infrastructure, not sold hardware, and remains under developer administration. Root access is not included unless agreed separately.

Full advance payment is required before registration, activation, or renewal. The service term begins at activation or renewal. Domain and infrastructure charges are generally non-refundable once activated because they may be prepaid.

A fully paid package price remains fixed throughout its selected one- or two-year term. An already-paid price will not be increased retroactively.

Future prices may change due to infrastructure costs, exchange rates, tax, processing fees, security, backup, resources, or management costs. Revised prices apply only to future purchases, upgrades, or renewals.

Automated daily database backups with seven-day rolling retention are included. No backup system guarantees recovery in every situation, so clients should keep independent copies of critical data. Off-server recovery, custom schedules, file backups, and extended retention require a separate agreement.

Packages include SSL configuration, basic firewall setup, access hardening, routine operating-system security updates, and reasonable monitoring. This reduces risk but cannot guarantee a service will never be compromised. Clients remain responsible for secure credentials and lawful use.

Payment must be completed before expiry. Late payment may cause suspension, downtime, domain expiration, data loss, or recovery charges. Services may also be suspended for illegal activity, spam, security threats, excessive use, or policy violations.

Reasonable efforts are made to keep services secure and available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. NasirCodes is not responsible for outages caused by data centres, networks, registries, cyberattacks, third-party platforms, restrictions, disasters, or events outside reasonable control.

Policies may be revised for security, legal compliance, infrastructure protection, or service improvement. Material changes normally apply to future purchases and renewals. Core paid services will not be removed during an active term except where immediate action is needed to stop abuse, illegal activity, security threats, or infrastructure damage.
